Albert Betz was a german physicist who in 1919 concluded that no wind turbine can convert more than 16/27 (59.3%)

The work needed to create the artificial low in the ef9 energy technology is 90
deg or orthogonal to the energy flow from the atmosphere. This means the work
needed to create the low is not, some how, given to the intake energy flow from the
